DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN RESPONSIBILITIES : To assist Finance & Accounting Manager/Assistant Manager to control each branch of Lotte Duty Free Shop in Terminal 2D Soekarno Hatta & Ciputra Wolrd. Responsible to process VAT and WHT monthly and reporting to Tax Office. Creating, checking and validating the Tax invoices to ensure taht it complies with the procedure and policy, legal and local Tax Regulation. Maintain the compliance through continusly upadate to the new rules tax and regulation. Liaise and coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting. Stock-take preparation, discrepancies resolution, stock obsolescence analysis, management of inventory level and stock holding days wothout affecting merchandise availability and periodic stock reports. Working closely with sales & operation team, warehouse and vendors on stock related matters. Perform other functions and duties that may be assigned by the Manager and Director from time to time. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Certified in TAX Brevet A/B (will be advantage).
