Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design. Good technical skill for Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Passion and enthusiasms for design, with a creative flair. Flexible approach when working in team. Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients or colleagues Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time. Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs; Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs.

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN RESPONSIBILITY: Create programs, events, product developments, service standard and total brand experienced, based on the general direction of the restaurant. Prepare and implement a restaurant marketing budget and plan accordingly. Understand the competitive market place and implement approaches to ensure the restaurant stay ahead in local market. Develop, implement and monitor creative local marketing channels, including designs, advertisements, and social media. Manage and update of restaurant’s content on the website. Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Customers and ensure the restaurant staff is fully briefed on their requirements using the CRM Tools. Manage and update of media database in cooperation with the PR Department. Collaborating with the CRM Department to plan and handle restaurant individual customer emailing. Manage programs, promotional activities and events schedules to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events. Evaluate and implement local restaurant sponsorship activities and related advertising. Cooperate with other departments in the restaurant to create an exceptional customer experience and ensure that a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained. Build strong relationships with customers in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :   Strong verbal and written in both Indonesian & English. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required Passion for customer service Ability to lead a team, be the right example to team member(s) Ability to develop and train others Excellent delegation and follow up skills. Excellent attention to detail Demonstrated conflict management and resolution skills Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork 3+ years restaurant/hospitality supervisory experience, or prior equivalent experience preferred Must possessed knowledge of Banquet that includes Food & Beverage techniques. Health, Tourism, and Police rules and regulations The work hours in 10 hours (including break; 1 hour) May have to work during weekends, public holidays and other special occasions.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  :   Define the sales and public relations strategy in conjunction with chain’s Marketing and communications objective Achieve determined sales targets and public relations strategy as outlined in Business plan Define annual, periodical and regular programs for sales, Public Relations & Promotion which include the implementation of the business activities plan Effectively and efficiently control the administer of all activities in Sales, Public Relations & Promotion and ensure in proper manner Direct the development and execution of special marketing or promotional Plan Personal grooming and appearance standards are observed Ensure punctual attendance and adhered to duty schedule as directed by the Management Handle guest’s complaints and refer then as necessary follow-up on Corrective actions Conduct all administrative works required, including but not limited to Review attendance record Review monthly marketing budget or cost report Review monthly Media impressions report Review monthly Sales report Act in good faith to protect the reputation of the Embassy In any aspects towards the authorities, local and regional community, customer and staffs
