Main Job Responsibility Maintains Inventory Control module in ACCPAC/Misys. Monitor and check Misys and IC sales inventory balances Closes all PO upon receipts and create AP batches for all received inventories Checks and reconciles suppliers invoice against PO. Checks all COGS entries generated by Mysis and IC before posting. Accounts Payable: Receive and check completeness of vendor invoices. Prepare payments to vendors Reconcile intercompany AP balance Prepares monthly Gross Margin analysis per SBU. Prepares monthly cost of sale report. Prepares monthly price tracking report. Prepares monthly finished goods Transfer price Prepares Monthly VAT returns and supporting schedule. Prepares product costing analysis for pricing purposes. Implements the approved standard costing rates for all products based on ABC costing. Conducts Semi Annual physical count of inventories. Check and Review inventory reconciliation report forwarded by Warehouse. Monitors inventory on consignment. Prepares/Monitors schedule of inventory in transit and prepare monthly journal entries related to inventories Generated monthly revaluation report Explained net change in month end Inventory balance Update monthly BI costing Performs other tasks which may be assigned by superior from time to time Requirements Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. With at least 4 years working experience with 2 years in general accounting and 2 years in cost accounting in a manufacturing set up. Position overview IT System Admin reports to IT Manager - Asia Pacific Infrastructure and has primary responsibility to manage IT infrastructure, IT security and first level applications support. A few of those activities are: To assist in managing and supporting of hardware, software, server, desktop, shared infrastructure, voice & data networks and telephones To ensure all components are maintained and work reliably to meet company needs To promote the effective use of new and existing technology Responsible for implementing and following global standards in the region and participating in a matrix global IT team Interface with external vendors as required Assist in the definition of practice / process standards for the regional IT environment Responsible for implementation and ongoing support of those practices and processes Primary duties The primary customers are internal users. Areas of focus include: Infrastructure support – server, network, computer and service desk [90%] Project support [10%] Minimum Requirements Bachelor degree in computer science or information technology At least 3 year experience in a related area like System update processes and tools, Windows 7, Microsoft Server 2008 & 2012, Backup and recovery techniques, Anti-virus, anti-malware solutions and a good understanding of IT security, Microsoft Office applications, Active Directory, LAN and WAN networks, Cisco networking and IP Phone and document management systems like SharePoint Change management & Influencing skills Ability to manage complexities in business with multiple stakeholders Ability to communicate ideas in technical language to IT professionals and user-friendly language to end-users Strong alignment with diagnostics and problem solving situations Highly self-motivated Experience working in a remote team and collaborative global environment Flexible work hours are required for collaboration with other H.B. POSITION OVERVIEW The position will report directly to the site Plant Manager The key objectives of this role is as follows: Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through superior customer order management, creating differentiation and competitive advantage in the marketplace in support of business profitable growth. Establish and provide customer service functional excellence at areas of customer order fulfillment, SOX compliance. Coach customer service team to deliver excellent service to customers at competitive cost. PRIMARY DUTIES Manage the customer service function to ensure all resources are effectively deployed to serve the needs of the customer as well as the business. Drive customer service excellence through monitoring and regular review of KPI/metrics such as Shipped in full on time (SIFOT), Customer Complaints Close Cycle Time (CCCT), Customer Return (CR) and Customer Complaint Rate%. Provide the communications link between Sales and Operations to effectively facilitate the balancing of product demand and supply. Conduct Sales and Operations meetings to formalize this communication link. Organize and conduct annual customer satisfactory survey, with post follow-ups to improve customer service continuously. Proactively work with Regional Customer Service and counterparts in other HBF Sites to look for process improvement opportunities so as to achieve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. Join Commercial team during customer visits in order to be able to understand current performance and plan for service improvements. Employee Development. Minimum Requirements Degree or Advance Diploma in Engineering, Business related courses or disciplines associated with a customer service function Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory position working in related field Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel and Word [Access would be beneficial] Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English. Strong problem solving ability and effective employee management experience. Experience in setting up a central CS center will definitely be an advantage.
