    Reporting to Sales Manager, the jobholder would provide documentation support for the Sales team to send to the Operations team, mainly in the areas of checking quotes, producing Go-Ahead documentation, itinerary. Limited contact with customers for briefing information and follow up. Job Responsibilities: Quote responsibilities: check, amend, re-check on quotes, as requested; which include printing out quote sheets and attach where appropriate. Before Go-Ahead control pre-payment deadline. Go-Ahead responsibilities: prepare Go-Ahead documentation for the Operations team, attach the offer letter, final itinerary, original quotes and other documents etc. Pre-Go Ahead itinerary screening. Where applicable, manage customer amendments e.g. flight details, adhoc items, re-pricing. Responsibilities on Offers: producing offers and sending to the clients, brief customers on final itinerary. For rejected offers, initiate SRQ process and revising offers to meet client needs. Manage itinerary changes.
