    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsible for budget and financial bookkeeping of Yayasan Begawan and Founders Preparation of monthly reports reflecting all cash receipts and expenditure for Founders. Receipt and check of all incoming invoices/requests for payment for both Foundation and Founders for accuracy prior to processing for payment on a monthly basis. Responsible for handling petty cash, including its replenishment and reimbursement of approved expenditures of staff/suppliers for assets. Responsible for management of Founders’ private assets and inventories, including calculation of yearly insurance. Effective management of the electronic diary on a daily basis Maintain an efficient filing system of all financial, administrative and other relevant supporting documents Responsible for hotel reservations, transportation, accommodation and paperwork arrangements for the Founder and family members. Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the post.   Requirements : Age 28 – 35 years old Minimum S1 degree majoring in Business Administration or Accounting Experience as a Bookkeeper / Secretary for at least 5 years Comprehensive command of spoken and written English is a must Basic bookkeeping knowledge is essential Fast learner, energetic, mature, disciplined and responsible Creative, analytical and able to solve problems as they arise Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Computer skills and Internet savvy Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Able to work in a team and individually Preferably already based in Bali Applicant must be willing to work and live in Ubud, Bali and be available immediately
