DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Assist in general purchase orders (create and maintain outstanding). Send purchase order to users and suppliers also follow up the delivery on times and post goods receipt into SAP. Create production job order, transfer slip material (also supporting production order). Conduct weekly and monthly stock, take to ensure stock eccuracy between SAP and actual. Backup production planning whenever is necessary. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field. Required language(s): English. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Age between 30 - 35 years old. Applicants must be willing to work in Karawang International Industrial City. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The Import/Export coordinator is responsible for processing shipments while coordinating with the customer service group. The goal will be able to achieve high accuracy through our forwarding systems to ensure high productivity and operational excellence. The core responsibilities for the position will be : Manage the movement of products/materials/equipment and/or out of the country accordance with organization policy and procedure and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process. Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficients, cost-effective and lawfull execution of all import/export activities. Communicate with export/imports and related authorities , and customer/suplliers in all relevant territories and countries as necessary to ensure efficient,positive and lawfull relations, support and activities.

Implement quality standart and monitoring corrective and preventive action 3. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems 4. Documentation all QA files and QA Activities 5. Assist for ISO 9001,FSSC,Halal and Develop for ISO 14001,OHSAS Requirements : 1. Bachelor degree prefered 2. Certification on Quality standart an advantage 3. Experience with quality inspection, auditing and testing methode 4. Strong computer skills 5. Self initiate, quick response and working extra miles.
