    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Take orders from customers (phone, e-mail or from sales executive). Check product availability, offer alternatives solutions to the customer if necessary. Confirm that prices, payment terms and delivery terms on Purchase Ordeer are proper. Prepare Delivery Orders & Invoices in compliance with purchase orders received. Monitor the deliveries and confirm the delivery acceptance by customer. Transfer the invoice to accounting department. Receive customer complaints and coordinate with the sales executive in charge to solve the problem and apply a corrective action (HACCP). Perform all other related duties as assigned.   Requirements :   3 - 5 years experience in customer service and/or commercial prospecting and/or purchasing dept. Knowledge of the hospitality market: Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Cafe, etc. would be a plus. Excellent communication skills (especially by phone calls and emails) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Good command in English language (this is mandatory) and fluent bahasa indonesia Ability to use e-mails and Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, etc) and other softwares

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Function: He / she is in charge of the Accounting Department which deals with all accounting matters. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that the organization flow runs smoothly and without disruption, with respect to reporting and systems controls management in the organization.   The Chief Accounting directs all fiscal department activities circuit-wide. Developing and implementing fiscal policies and procedures, purchasing and invoice control, contract management are also functions performed by this position.   Job Description:   Supervises and supports the Accounting team Preparation of vouchers and journal entries Disbursement of payments to the clients and partners Checking of the appropriateness of invoices and expenses presented for payment Calculates income tax, VAT etc. and transfers it to the Exchequer Management Account Reporting Ensures the reliability of General Ledger, Balance Sheet and P&L account Maintains a chart of accounts in line with costumer & client’s contact rules Monitors expenditures for budget Prepares and process monthly payroll Assist in budget preparation Reconciliation of bank statement and petty cash books Posts in the computerized accounting software and generate reports Instructs, supervises and trains accounting staff Maintains a strong & reliable system of internal controls Identifies risks, informs superior accordingly and suggest steps of action Works with external auditors Maintains integrity and confidentiality of all financial transactions Prepares financial analysis   Qualifications:   Maximum age 35 years old Minimum S1 degree in Accounting Minimum 3 year experiences as Chief Accounting or minimum 5 years experience in Supervisory level Requirements:   Having good knowledge in Accounting and familiar with Indonesian tax regulation Computer literate, preferably familiar with MYOB Proficient in English both verbally and written High accuracy and excellent administration skill Honest and trustworthy     If you meet the qualifications and the requirements, please send your application and full resume, a recent photograph and expected salary.
