    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Destination Asia is one of Asia’s leading destination management companies (Inbound Tour Operator) we have the following position available for the right persons who wish to work with a young, dynamic, progressive and creative team known for their professionalism and dedication to customer service and high quality standards.   Purpose Manage the operation department to ensure service delivery on highest the level to our customers. Proactively work toward problem solving and improvement of service to client. Key Responsibilities• Organizing operation team to achieve goals of excellent service execution• Provide operational feedback to enhance services within the company and General Management.• Anticipate and solve operational problems arising.• Co-ordinate with travel suppliers such as hotel, transport, restaurants, activity provider & attractions.• Improve and maintain quality of services if necessary develop Standard Operating Procedures.• Be aware of health and safety standards in delivering services towards company customers • Provided any necessary report that related with Operations• Groups management & Coordinator• Manage positive relations with other department in regards to operational needs• Assistance toward 24hr emergency contact Education and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in any fields• Minimum 8 years of work experience in Operations in tourism industry in similar functions Required Skills • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office • Good command of English both written and spoken • Knowledge of Indonesia tourism products • Ability to work under pressure • Good managerial skill with ability to lead a team • Service minded & Good knowledge in work delegation and priority • Ability to work as a team & Attention to detail & Good negotiation skill
