    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB DESCRIPTION : Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s) Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing of the website(s) – Google ad words Fix any errors or bugs in online content Oversee a social media strategy Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Paid & Organic. Edit and post videos and audio content to online sites Arrange webinars and webcasts Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management Write copy for email marketing campaigns – copy writing & data mining Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing Build digital marketing database & analyze – Google analytics & Excel Work on printed material to supplement online products   REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor Degree from Management/Marketing/Communication/Design/Creative Multi Media or equivalent Having minimum 3 years experienced in the same field Required skill(s) : Illustrator, Data visualization, Web Analytic tools, HTML, CSS, Java Passion about marketing, a team player and creative Very familiar with marketing initiatives and activities that impact acquisition, conversion, and retention Natural self-starter and highly motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative and manage own workload Highly organized and good analytical thinking Fluent in English (written and oral)
