    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department. Prepare financial analysis for company operations, investment decisions and provide financial advice to the board. Preparations of the monthly and yearly statements. Handle monthly and yearly budgeting, forecasting, costing, financial planning and analysis. Developing short and long term plans, policies and operating process for the team. Define, implement, and monitor internal control standards. Identify improvement areas and develop good accounting control procedures and best practices across the regional offices. Liaise with external parties, such as vendors, potential partner and government officials. Enhance and devlop the SAP system to improve the quality of management reports, cost control, and product costing. other duties as assigned.       Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in managerial position. Prior external auditing experience in a public accounting firm will be a bonus. Fluency in English or Mandarin is a must. Full-Time position(s) available.
