DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Lead, motivate and guide the Sales, Operation, Marketing team in the process of progressing towards the corporate vision As Senior Sales and Marketing Manager your responsibilities include Overall strategic planning, execution and developisng Sales & Marketing Operation Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and sales operation plan and marketing strategic those are congruent to the corporate mission, core values and the road map. The role has accountability for the sales growth and profit contribution Improving customer and service indices, quality and media indices and brand equity Implementing marketing, brand building and product strategies designed in consonance with the director. Identifying product segments, price segments, target markets, threats and opportunities for better performance Designing and implementing promotional plans to achieve sales targets and enhance brand equity (brand management including segments) Responsible for communication with customers, product launches Requirements : Age 30-40 Years Old Candidate must have minimal 5 years experience at property/hospitality industry Strong competence and values : Professional, ownership, profit oriented, customer focus, prioritize team work, creative, commitment, shared growth and integrity Proven achievement in driving brand growth and marketing contributing to the business profitability Possess analytical skills, able to interpret data and transform, into action plans Analytical expertise in understanding business issues and able to work in a fast paced environment Good command of verbal and written English is a must Placement : Surabaya or Bali
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Handling HR & GA (Compensation Benefit, Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, etc). Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management Administering payroll and maintaining attendance employee records Interpreting and advising on employment law Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures Planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers. General Requirements : 25-30 years old. Minimum Diploma Degree in Psychology / Law /, preferably graduated from a reputable University. Minimum GPA 3,00 Has proven minimum 1 years working experience as HR staff Excellent Computer skills (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook Express). Excellent Communication skill in English, both oral and written is advantage. Soft Skill Requirements Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team. Highly Motivated with spirit to learn new things Good problem solving, analytical and Leadership skill.
