    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible to support the management function of Human Resources Managements with day to day activities Responsible to support HR Manager in the conduction/ underlying/ establishing/ classifying the KRA (Key Performance Area) of each Department and also the KPI of each Department/ positions, which will be closely linked to the Organization overall strategies. Controlling all the Key  Factors in HR and GA Department, which will be notified as the success items as HRM functions : Recruitment & Selection : To support, control, supervise the timeline targets of Recruitment & Selection conduction based on the Standard Competencies needs for each of the position required, and accomplishing the conduction of its in the timely manner as required in the SOP. And to run any HR initiative in the Recruitment & Selection  as the continues improvement Support the process of Compensation and Benefits in the day to day or month to month activities as the administration initiative, and support any initiative from HR Manager by aligning himself/herself to the process of the initiative Coordinate and controlling the Coaching and Counselling function to push the understanding of the employee (in all level) in Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), each employee KPI and needs of improvements, and or the failure of theirs achievements. Support and assist the up dated Job Description in each Department, and measured any gap of JD understanding Support in the managing of Training and Development, especially in the orientation programs, some internal training needed by each Department Support HR Manager in conducting ER & IR activities with strong leadership and up dated information. Controlling the frameworks of General Affairs and taking countermeasure in each of the complains/initiative/projects related to External Internal issues of General Affairs Controlling the process of onboard and offboard based on the proper Company Rules, SOP, timelines. Supervising and controlling the administration of contracts, and analyze the turnover contracts, and giving input to HR Manager for some countermeasures needed Ensuring the conduction of Performance Appraisal & Performance Management Ensuring Legal Compliance by monitoring and implement applicable Government Rules, SOP and the policies in HR and GA Conducting development and training, and planning the delivery of training to the employee in order to support any gap from the employee in reaching theirs KPI goals. Reporting for the BPJS Health and BPJS Labor to HR Manager, and to cooperate activelly with Legal Consultant and tax consultant for the implementation of Legal day to day activities (checking that all legal format/ agreements are implemented properly) and and cooperate with tax consultant to calculation the correct calculation of Tax pph21 Teamwork with all HR team members to implement HRIS in all automation of HR day to day basic activities, and all the related operation of HR actitivies  Conducting the process of the Compensation process, including to supervisor the process of inputing/ gaining evidence as document support for the salary payment. Handling the Company Legal Documentation and Company Business Documents and also the Expatriate Documentations, including making the time schedule of the renewal documentations. Hand over all the General Affairs frameworks : Controlling maintenance infrastructure, vendor follow up and maintenance, welfare activities, employee facilities, needs of miscleneous, maintaining the security systems of the company, and also to makesuring the controlling of fixed asses together with HR Manager and Finance team. Together with HR Manager, implementing the retantion programs, Employee Engagement as the initiative in HR Department  Record maintenance, and Profile Confidentiality Together with HR Manager, establishing Risk Management Systems Makesure that the stabilization of the working atmosphere are conduction properly Support for the dynamicization of working circumstances,and to reduce any HR complaints Maintaining, and controlling the condition of “Clean Office” and force the employee to understand the culture of “Clean Office” in their day to day working activities   REQUIREMENT Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent. Required skill(s): leadership and managing, planning and organizing, Strategic Human Resouces Management Mature, good leadership skill, fast learner, easy going, friendly and wise At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Hands-on daily PPC (Google, Bing, Yahoo) management, including planning, bid management, ad copy,   keyword expansion implementation, monitoring, landing pages testing and on-going optimization Provide in-depth analytics and analysis of all paid marketing program performance Advertising:  Optimize advertising campaigns, analyze and   report advertising performance; develop, budget, push and implement digital advertising strategy. Planning & analysis:  Develop and manage to KPIs and digital analytics, analyze results of   marketing plan. Determine market best practices & validation points Budgeting:   Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing includes both revenue and costs Technology:  Interact with development companies/teams to ensure best user experience and most monetizable use of site. Work with Product Management to improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. Agency management:  Manage agency partners including all briefs and negotiations   REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent. Required skill(s): marketing, communication, planning and analysis, advertising, budgeting.
