Integrity and fairness guide how we do business with our partners and stakeholders.Currently we are looking for a passionate person to join us as: Recruitment Officer (corporate)Responsibilities:- Responsible to conduct end-to-end recruitment activity in providing effective recruitment process in corporate and within the Group and its continuous improvement by actively source for talent/ suitable candidates, conduct interviews with potential candidates and presenting the shortlisted candidates to respective users.- Involve in HR projects related to talent acquisition and employment branding- Build communication with respective business units and collaborate with them based on projects- Proactive coordination with various departments in delivering recruitment needs. - Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress,etc.Requirements: - Minimum Bachelor degree of any major from reputable university - Minimum 3 years of working experience in recruitment, having experience in executive search company will be advantage - Fluent in English, both oral and written - Good communication and presentation skills - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Talent Management ManagerResponsibilities: Manage the HR systems on performance management, succession management and career management. Develop and manage the corporate academy and provide support to centers of excellence in the Group. Deliver learning solutions and knowledge-building strategies through formal and innovative methodologies. Manage the Management Trainee Program. Requirements:Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management from reputable universityMin. 10 years of experience in Talent Management/ People Development & Career ManagementWorking knowledge of people development practices.Fluent in English, both oral and writtenGood communication and presentation skills.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
