DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities: Reports directly to the Group Commercial Director. Job tasks would encompass: 1. To perform market intelligence to capture the essence of consumer trend and lifestyle for the purpose of developing marketing strategies to increase revenue. 2. To develop new and fresh strategies to bring in more revenue to the company. 3. To analyze market needs and develop account strategies for implementation. 4. To propose new products to clients and to prepare and conduct optimum presentations. 5. To identify account distribution and resolve void issues. 6. To promote price point integrity and involve with retail level -parity at OHQ. 7. To contribute in proper product quantity enabling client to retail profitably. 8. To increase accounts revenue and identify fresh business opportunities. 9. To recommend main lifestyles and SKU’s through presentations before clients. 10. To foster and develop strong rapport with clients to build excellent reputation for service and churning out repeated businesses. 11. To interact regularly with top ten accounts related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability. 12. To ensure effective and efficient follow up and swift response to identified problems for clients. 13. To make recommendations to the Company on any tribulations and opportunities with the objective to enhance revenue and business growth. 14. To maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, placement and pricing. 15. To effectively plan and schedule business meetings efficiently. 16. To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree from accredited institutions of higher learning. 3 years related working experience in Consumer Health Care products. Strong English communication (written & verbal) skills. Knowledge of sports nutrition will be an advantage. Proficient in MS Office.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities: Reports directly to the Country Manager – Food Ingredients Division. Job portfolio encompass: 1. To plan and implement Sales & Marketing strategies for the Indonesian market. 2. To develop sales and marketing proposal to trace customer’s needs on consumption analysis and product / service performance. 3. To report to the immediate Supervisor on the business performance to assist on the tracking of market development and trends on a monthly basis. 4. To maintain the latest information on industry trends, competitors’ positioning and the performance of their competitive products & services and technical developments that affects the targeted market. 5. To build strong business rapport with clients and Key Account Clients with excellent value added services. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science (Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics), Biology, Chemistry, Agriculture / Aquaculture / Forestry, BioTechnology or equivalent from accredited institutions of higher learning. 3 years working experience in the sales of Food Ingredients / Chemical industry. Possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen, independently resourceful, motivated and result driven. Excellent command of English language. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities: Reports directly to the Country Manager – Food Ingredients Division. Job portfolio encompass: 1. To plan and implement effective Sales strategies with the ultimate objective of improving and achieving Sales target for the assigned area of sales coverage. 2. To build strong rapport, deliver impeccable sales services and follow up on clients accordingly to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. To gather market intelligence / information via industry / market research, consumer trend consumption analysis, introduction of new technology / technical development, competitor’s trend, industry’s pricing trend / structure, product application, customers’ buying trends or cycles and or services requirements that may affect the targeted market. 4. To brainstorm and discuss with immediate Superior on the sales strategy prior to implementation. 5. To prepare periodical sales report for review with immediate Superior. 6. To participate in the Company’s marketing communications campaign such as sales presentations, workshop or trade show / exhibition to promote and introduce the Company’s products / services. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Agriculture / Aquaculture / Forestry, Biology, Chemistry, BioTechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.from accredited institutions of higher learning. 2 years working experience in the sales of Food Ingredients / Chemical industry. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities: Reports directly to the Finance & Accounting Manager. Job portfolio encompass: 1. To perform monthly Tax Report checking. 2. To check the payments on Accounts Payable (AP). 3. To coordinate with Credit Control Team on Accounts Receivable (AR). 4. To support the Dashboard File for HRM Division. 5. To monitor, record and update the Fixed Assets and Depreciation Journal. 6. To perform the monthly reconciliation and revert Interco Transaction Journal. 7. To ensure that all Interco transactions are properly posted and input into the AX system. 8. To do closing for all Journal Adjustment. 9. To update major client’s Account Balance. 10. To upload in the Dashboard File:- BS, PL, CWC, TWCL (Local and foreign currency) and month end closing. 11. To assist the immediate Superior in the a. Yearly Tax Report preparation & checking. b. Yearly Audit Report preparation & checking c. Other reports preparation as and when requested. Job Requirements: Minimum qualification is a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Finance / Accountancy /Banking, Commerce, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics or equivalent academic discipline from accredited institutions of higher learning. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Finance & Accounting. Compulsory to have strong written and verbal English communication skill. Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.
