    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Position Summary : The position provides an opportunity for any candidates who would like to gain insight into various aspects of business. He/She will be exposed to multiple assignments and directly assist CEO in organizational improvement initiatives, new business initiatives, and strategic controlling & monitoring within KPSG Group.   Job Responsibilities :  To provide strategic administrative supports to the CEO. To be involved in strategic improvement initiatives, study existing operations, and provides out-of-the-box alternate recommendations and/or solutions. To be involved in new business initiative activities, provide feasibility study supports, and coordinate with related parties both internal and/or external for the purposes. To conduct follow up and activities and progresses to related parties regarding organizational improvement initiatives, new business initiative activities, and strategic controlling and monitoring. To be involved in high level of sales and marketing activities, and preparation on required materials for the purposes.   Job Specification : Having a minimum 3 (three) years experiences in any related fields, and of which at least 1 (one) year experience in strategic related assignments. Having an outstanding/exceptional educational background in Economic, Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Technical Industry/Engineering. Having a higher level of education background in MBA, MSc, MM would be an advantage. Having a science or IPA background in Senior High School is much preferable. Having a strong communication skill in listening, speaking and writing in Bahasa and English is a must. Having thinking mindset, doing mindset and an understanding to convert thinking into doing.To provide strategic administrative supports to the CEO.
