Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Instructional Designer. Mempunyai keahlian mereview dan merevisi content prensetasi. Mempunyai keahlian dalam mengolah presentasi dengan Microsof Power Point 2013 Mempunyai keahlian dalam software camtasia, ilustrator, photoshop, after effect. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi verbal yang baik. Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan mampu merancang penyajian materi pembelajaran Memiliki kemampuan dasar mengenai project management Job Description : Bekerjasama dengan Subject Matter Expert (SME), dalam hal ini dosen, untuk menyiapkan materi pembelajaran. Bekerjasama dengan SME untuk mereview ulang pemetaan tujuan pembelajaran setiap sesi pertemuan(per minggu) yang disesuaikan dengan silabus dari universitas. Mereview dan merevisi slide presentasi setiap sesi pertemuan yang telah disiapkan dosen berdasarkan slide presentasi yang diberikan dosen. Memutuskan bagian-bagian mana yang perlu disajikan dalam video, audio, image/infografis, dan/atau file-file pendukung. Mengkomunikasikan rancangan penyajian dengan dosen yang bersangkutan, dan mendampingi dosen saat proses rekaman berlangsung (rekaman video, rekaman audio). Bekerjasama dengan dosen untuk merancang soal-soal atau tugas-tugas. Berkoordinasi dengan pihak lain: penulis lecture notes (catatan kuliah/diktat), desainer grafis,dan videografer.

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities: Improve customer service (Lecturers and Students) experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth Take ownership of customers (Lecturers and Students) issues and follow problems through to resolution Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission Develop service procedures, policies and standards Plan the whole Customer Service and Billing department goal, to achieve the renewal target and to provide best customer satisfaction to customer. Hire, train, motivates and manage the operation of Help Desk Subdepartment. Works closely with managers in other departments, such as sales and technical department, on updating policies, resolved customer complain, and procedures for client services to achieve a smooth transition when involved a few department in one customer issue. Measure and evaluate their performance based on the KPI, their Daily Report and helpdesk to improve the department daily operation. Investigate and resolves difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matter Conduct time to time survey to evaluate satisfaction of Exabytes customer . Requirements: Min. Bachelor Degree in any major. +2 years working experience as a customer service lead. Experience in providing customer service support Excellent knowledge of management methods and technique in customer service area. Ability to think strategically and to lead Strong client-facing and communication skills and Customer service orientation Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
