Map and Segment the target markets (Captive / Independent Power/Merchant Power Plants, O & M of existing / new Power Plants for mandated range in Indonesia). Identify the business drivers and entry barriers for company's offerings. Clearly identify the buyer behavior and pattern of purchasing for this segment of the market. Develop a Business Plan and approach for addressing the market. Seek out potential customers for EPC offerings in the Indonesia Market. To develop a strategy for converting potential opportunities into orders. Seek out an entry strategy for Turnkey / Supply & Supervision offerings in various segments on Biomass, Solid Fuel and Gas. Participate in promotion exercises to ensure a sustainable pipeline of enquiries that will flow automatically YOY. Support back end team in identifying local suppliers and help in developing contractors and fabricators in Indonesia to support cost reduction and quality improvement in offerings. Approach Consultants active in Indonesia and get turnkey offerings visibility. Meet the enquiry / lead generation and order booking targets in line with Annual Business Plan for Indonesia. Complete the actions planned for Indonesia in Strategic Business Plan for the division for next 3 to 5 years.
