    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN   RESPONSIBILITIES   Main Role:   Responsible to assist with daily matters related to front desk operations for the School.     Specific activities include but not limited to:   Assisting visitor, parents, children and staff with inquiries. Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a pleasant and professional manners as well taking message when necessary. Typing and editing when requested. Replacing and assisting secretaries when requested. Organizing internal and external mail and couriers. Supervision messengers. Assisting with photocopying and printing order when required. Sending outgoing fax (Inter local/International only). Preparing and sending DHL document. Assisting Admission Office when requested. Keep monitoring all lost property. Monitoring and sorting all visitors with/without appointment. Any other reasonable task as requested. Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children you are responsible for, or come into contact with.   REQUIREMENTS   Holding a minimum Diploma Degree (D3) preferably in Secretarial / English Literature / Administration / Hospitality, or other related education background Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as front desk or direct dealing with external guest preferably at an Embassy/hotel/tourism agency/private hospital/international schools, or any international environment Experience working with children (preferable) Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with varied guest behavior Excellent customer service telephone skills Excellent written and spoken English Good analytical capabilities Able to multi‐task and work under pressure Possess good self‐organizational skills and able to manage time efficiently Highly motivated and a good team player Proven ability to speak fluent and excellent English Ability to use computer software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Mature Good appearance   To apply for the position, please provide the following documents:   Updated CV with clearly stating month and year of experience Copy of valid ID Card Copy of work reference letter from previous employers (must) Copy of latest formal education certificate and its transcript   This Contract position is available for 12 months  Applications close on the 16th December 2016.

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN RINCIAN PEKERJAAN:     Membantu AC Supervisor dalam mempersiapkan implementasi program Preventive/Planned Maintenance untuk meminimalisir biaya perawatan, perbaikan dan penggantian serta mengurangi resiko kegagalan peralatan. Melakukan program Preventive Maintenance dari chiller, AHU, AC VRV, AC Split Duct, Split, Cassette, Ceiling, dll. Memperbaiki kerusakan chiller, AHU, FCU, VRV & split system. Merawat peralatan yang berhubungan dengan sistem pendingin di area sekolah secara efektif. Melaksanakan tugas lain bila diperlukan, memperbaiki peralatan listrik maupun peralatan mechanical. Memastikan bahwa area kerja tetap bersih setelah selesai bekerja. Memastikan tidak dan yang merokok selama jam kerja. Mengawasi proyek perawatan dan perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh kontraktor luar agar sesuai dengan perjanjian kontrak. Melakukan check list engineering harian, mingguan dan bulanan sesuai instruksi AC Supervisor. Memastikan semua peralatan AC (chiller, AHU, FCU, VRV, AC Split, Cassette, Ceiling, dll).     DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The British School Jakarta, a leading international school operating for over 40 years is currently looking to recruit a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager.  You will assist in developing school wide programs for all business and operations units (non-educational services) as it undergoes organisational change and transformation. The School has more than 135 expatriate and 220 host national staff (HNS) and is experiencing some real opportunities in trying to ensure that its L&D strategy, calendar and people are fit for purpose.   This new position will involve strategy and planning, team leadership, management and mentoring, high levels of stakeholder engagement and training as well as a involvement in recommending an appropriate Learning Management System and subsequent change management and support. We are currently looking for:   LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (L&D MANAGER)     KEY AREA RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Identify and prioritise development and training needs across all business and operations units. 2. Provide coaching and expert advice on subject matter areas including change management and organisational culture 3. Advising the Senior Leadership team on IR issues and best practice in performance management. 4. Builds direct, manages and ensures implementation and effectiveness of the Performance Management System 5. Implements a performance management process that leads to a positive and measurable impact on British School Jakarta 6. Management of the Reception team, a team of two front desk customer facing staff. 7. Undertake employee training needs analysis surveys and recommend appropriate strategies to address competence gaps and opportunities. 8. Design and implement learning and development programs and initiatives that apply mixed adult learning principles and reflect an appreciation of the diversity of learners. 9. Develop and maintain tools, policies and procedures that relate to L&D. 10. Coordinate and manage resources within the L&D team to operate within allocated L&D budget. 11. Escalate issues of organisational significance to the Head of Human Resources. 12. Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children you are responsible for, or come into contact with     QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management / any related education background 2. Experience in developing L&D Programs for organisations with a heavy Client Service focus at minimum of 5 years 3. Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills 4. Experience of conducting training analysis and preparing training calendars which are fit for purpose 5. An ability to clearly and concisely articulate how you have built L&D solutions in environments undergoing transformation and change 6.
