DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB PURPOSE: Manage all Housekeeping, Grounds, Pest & Rodent, Hygiene & Freshness functions, within the school buildings and campus. Responsible for the maintenance of the grounds and common areas of the sports campus including grass pitches, training areas, all weather pitch, spectator stand, roads and car parks. To ensure effective and efficient delivery of services within the school buildings and campus, exceeding customer expectations. To achieve targets established and reviewed by the Campus Manager. To add value and promote efficient and cost-effective procedures as part of an ongoing review process. KEY AREA RESPONSIBILITES: CLEANING: Be the primary contact for all indoor and outdoor cleaning, pest & rodent, hygiene & freshness related activities at the school. Regular indoor supervision of the cleaning, toilet sanitary, hygiene and pest control service providers on a daily basis. Develop regular, weekly cleaning inspections to ensure the services are being delivered to standard, and that the cleaning attendants and service providers manage any housekeeping issues immediately as they arise. Consult with the Campus Manger regarding the preparation of inspection reports and the implementation of recommendations. Undertake regular rotating compliance audits (minimum every 3 months) to ensure housekeeping standards are meeting / exceeding contractual responsibilities. Implement strategies to protect the health and safety of staff and children at all times. Review procedures, SOP’s, check & equipment lists, rosters, cleaning schedules and all relevant documentation and update as required. Ensure consistent service delivery at all times. Conduct weekly & monthly meetings with cleaning staff. Availability to work overtime as required. GROUNDS: Manages the ground operations including supervision of the grounds maintenance provider to ensure Service Level Agreements and KPI’s are met. To maintain the school grounds, flora & fauna in a healthy condition and to a high standard of presentation. To liaise with the Head of PE and or the events co-ordinator regarding schedules to ensure that all playing areas required for teaching purposes and events are prepared correctly. To monitor the schedule used by the grounds maintenance contractor to ensure their staff are deployed efficiently and that tasks are completed correctly. Conduct a weekly inspection of the school grounds and playing fields to ensure they are being maintained correctly. Pro-actively identify any areas of improvements that can be made to the school grounds. Own and develop a school grounds landscaping schedule in accordance with the overarching school plan. Ensure grounds and cleaning equipment is correctly used in line with HSE legislation and ensures all work is carried out safely and effectively and with regard for public use. Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children you are responsible for, or come into contact with. STAFF TRAINING: Liaise with the service providers to ensure training programs are conducted regularly, at least on a quarterly basis to ensure all process are consistently being followed. Regularly review staff training requirements, and make recommendations when shortfalls in skill levels are identified. QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma III or Bachelor Degree level of relevant background in cleaning and grounds management. Minimum 5 years’ experience in coordinating cleaning and grounds services in a similar environment. Knowledge and practical experience in the application of MS Office Software, General IT proficiency Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. A team player and competent leader who regularly contributes to team discussions and problem solving sessions. Regularly communicate progress against plans, concerns or issues with direct manager. Shows initiative and is self-motivated. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN RESPONSIBILITIES Main Role: Responsible to assist with daily matters related to front desk operations for the School. Specific activities include but not limited to: Assisting visitor, parents, children and staff with inquiries. Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a pleasant and professional manners as well taking message when necessary. Typing and editing when requested. Replacing and assisting secretaries when requested. Organizing internal and external mail and couriers. Supervision messengers. Assisting with photocopying and printing order when required. Sending outgoing fax (Inter local/International only). Preparing and sending DHL document. Assisting Admission Office when requested. Keep monitoring all lost property. Monitoring and sorting all visitors with/without appointment. Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children you are responsible for, or come into contact with. Any other reasonable task as requested.
