    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities:   AP Function Responsibility :   Manage AP, Includes, Customer Vendor Relations, and the AP disbursement Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project recons Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines. Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries. Pays vendors by monitoring , scheduling and preparing  Voucher, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparing Payment proposal Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. Maintains historical records and filing documents. Reports VAT by calculating requirements on paid invoices. Updates job knowledge by involving team, to understand each function and responsibilities Monitor all AP & AR Intercompany Transaction AR Function Responsibility :   Assure timely collection of monies due to corporation. Implement and monitor credit policy. Assure timely and accurate invoicing. Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly Assure that the companies standard documentation is completed for every customer Conduct credit checks on all customer, establish and manage limits Make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures. Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments Develop relationship with key customer to smoothen business transactions   Requirements:    Maximum age 25 years old Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economy Have 0-2 years working experience at similar role in other corporations/ start-up companies Good English both in oral and written  Good Administration Skill, Good Finance & Accounting Knowledge, Attention to Detail

This involves working closely with the buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.
