DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN As Human Capital Admin staff is expected to assist HC Senior Manager and work together for implementation daily HC operation and projects. Operation Area • Handle day to day enquiries and administration within the group • Perform filing management. This includes but not limited to maintain confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence, statistics, and related material for ease of retrieval. • Other secretarial/ administration duties defined by superiors (i.e. arrange internal and external meetings and/or events as requested) Talent Area • Support HC business partner to liaise with staff on ongoing issues, assist staff for HC related matters, etc. • Ensure the quality of of talent documentation (document check list) • Prepare contract agreement and other letters (Permanent, Termination, Internal Transfer) • Onboarding initiatives to improve new joiner: first day administration, new staff gathering, etc. Requirements: • Preferably Bachelor degree of Psychology, Management, and other related fields (Graduate Diploma degree are welcome to apply) • Preferably people with 2 – 3 years working experience (fresh graduate are welcome to apply) • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficient in English, both written and spoken • Good administration skill and good attention to details • Able to handle multiple tasks at one time • Team player and have good interpersonal as well as verbal communication skills • Proactive personality with strong customer service-orientation.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities : As a member of our core audit team, you will : Examine financial and accounting records, other documents and tangible items such as equipment or watching certain processes or procedures being performed. Ask a range of questions from formal written questions to informal oral questions of a range of individuals at the organization Obtain written confirmations of a certain matters; for ecample : asking a debitur to confirm the amount of their debt with the organization Test some of the organization's internal controls Make judgements on significant estimates or assumptions that management made when they prepared the financial report. Requirements : Fresh graduate from Bachelor degree in Accounting or finance with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 Has an organizational experience. Eyes for details. Good team player and enjoy working collaboratively with people from variety of backgrounds. Good adaptability in dynamic working environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
