DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Marketing Executive will supervise the creative team of 8 persons, composed of designers and copywriter/translators. He/she will be supervising the adaptation of international promotion materials (mailings and catalogs) for the local market. Organization and Planning Perfect understanding of the business model and calendar of promotion materials Anticipate future promotion materials: discuss improvement and adaptation with Head Quarters and local Legal team Ensure good communication between departments (Creative, Legal, Printing, CRM) Allocate work to subordinates, create schedules and ensure deadlines are met Control all promotion materials to be sent to clients before approval of management Guide the Creative Team, Revision and Optimization of materials Assist the Marketing Manager and supervise the Creative Team on a daily basis Organise meetings with the team to prepare everyone for next task and communicate deadlines/goals Daily communication and supervision of the creative team to guide then whenever needed for local adaptation Control and Approval Revision of promotion materials (content, logic, aesthetic, links between elements, etc.) respecting the requirements and deadlines given by Marketing Manager Communication with Head Quarter’s creative team for their revision of the promotion material Respect the established control process and checklist to ensure everything is in place before sending to printing house and client SELECTION CRITERIA Graduated from a Communication/Marketing course Minimum 4 years experience in agency or retail related business in Marketing Experience/Skills in Copywriting is a plus Full proficiency in English and Indonesian Detailed-oriented, meticulous and creative Excellent time management skills, strong organization and result oriented Strong team player able to guide his/her subordinates but also work independently, multitask under fast paced environment Able to communicate and collaborate in international and cross-functional teams
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : • Overall management responsibility for Operations Department (warehouse and distribution, forecasting demands, inventory management, returns, printing production, customer service); • Manage forecasting/order processing of supply chain function; • Coordinate Operations budget process including preparation and presentation within deadlines with clear links to the business units and Company strategic plan; • Participate in the strategic planning process - being an effective member of the executive management team, providing strategic input into decision-making and the long-term sustainability of the business, and looking for continuous improvement across the organization; • Oversee the day to day processing of fulfillment process – ensuring process always meets or exceeds customer expectations, and developing new support processes/technology etc.; • Design efficient business processes, develop policies and procedures to provide valid operational cycle including Inter-Departments integration and interaction with third parties’; • Negotiate and manage the contractual arrangements for services with outsourced suppliers and third parties (including Post, printing companies, lettershop, fulfillment centers, IT developer, logistic companies and other business associates); • Manage all transition process to outsourced arrangements with other companies; • Develop and implement the company procurement strategy and implementing effective arrangements, contracts, internal process etc. with suppliers and other partners; • Manage, regularly review and identify opportunities to enhance relationships and performance outcomes with outsourced suppliers; • Regularly review and optimize costs; • Investigate innovations in operational procedures and technologies in order to design a roadmap and transition plan/process in order to meet the future needs of the business; • Constantly control and review operational KPIs (orders operating cycle, FF cost per order, postage per order, shortage rate, etc.); • Provide detailed Operations reports with KPIs reviews and results according to internal regulations and policies; • Provide leadership of Operations Department and build a strong team of Operations professionals who are fully competent and accountable in their roles; • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Creative, IT, Assortment, CRM) to fulfill business targets set.
