    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities:   Handling company’s IT (Information & Technology), including IT Plan & Investmant, and maintaining Database & Server.   Details of Work:   Handling COE Database, COE Network, COE Hardware, COE Application, COE OS & License. Monitoring information & technology and incoming-outcoming mail. Coordinating with IT Supplier for procurement. Making IT investment plan and budget. Making IT rules and its implementation at the company level. Helping user in company system. Request for IT devices needed for the company. Install, Maintain, and Setting IT devices. Analyzing IT problems and communicate with IT vendors. Maintaining virus prevention, preparation and backup database. Handling hardware and trouble shooting problems on PC, Notebook, and Printer Understands installation of software, including accounting & finance application system. Installation, configuration, and trouble shooting LAN, WAN, Internet, and Email Client. Installation, configuration, and trouble shooting of email client. Installation and configuration of operation system. Preparing IT reports related to IT matters and IT assessment.   Requirements:   Age 25-30 Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor) of Information & Technology. Work Experiences : 4 Years or more working experience in same fields. Knowledge and Skills : Information & Technology, Networking, Finance Application Good in English, Speaking and Writing. Able to operate computer and its software & hardware.
