    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Act as contract person with employees/ service providers / landlords / agents. Prepare and announce various internal policies. Maintain company assets, company cars, and other equipment and facilities. Negotiate lease agreements (office, parking, cars, equipment) and their renewals. Responsible for office space arrangement and renovation. Purchase office suppliers and project equipment. Other assignments as required   Requirements :     Bachelor Degree Experience minimum 5 years in GA : Building / Office maintenance Maintain and handling office supply Maintain, monitoring/renewal of expatriate working permit. GA related project work (updating of policies, etc) Company certificate Licenses and Control.
