    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Are You The One? We are looking for responsible Customer Service Agents to deliver world-class customer service to our prestigious client.   Key Responsibilities: - To handle enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers via email communication channels - Familiarity with e-KYC compliance process - Utilize various systems to initiate and handle customer requests and verify customer records - Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions - Able to to research and trouble shoot issues reported by the customers - Responsible for servicing client accounts - Other ad-hoc duties as required   Requirements: - Diploma or Degree from an accredited university in any discipline - Computer literate - Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia skills to liaise with English and Bahasa Indonesia speaking customers - Experienced in customer service with strong customer-centric personality - Able to work under pressure - Self-motivated and good complaint handling skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Working hours - 0830hrs to 1730hrs (Required to work during Weekends and Public Holidays) - Office location - Jakarta (Wisma Slipi)

We are looking for a Project Manager with project management experience in a FinTech industry.   Key Responsibilities: Assist to gather specifications from clients on how to kick start projects. Ability to be firm on timeline and deliverables Coordinates activities and functions of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the project are accomplished Develop project schedules, ensure successful execution of timelines, monitor development progress, anticipate issues and resolve obstacles to maintain realistic production schedules Liaise with Product Engineering team for project implementation Manage PRD handover to Product Engineering team Manage product and system release updates for stakeholders Build strong relations with client   Requirements: Degree in Technology, Product, Finance Management or a related field 3+ years experiences in project management in the payment industry Proven organizing skills and an obsession for details Possess excellent account and project management skills Demonstrated technical, aptitude and great analytical skills Ability to resolve conflicts set priorities and escalate when appropriate Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills High level of Integrity, adaptability, ease of handling multiple responsibilities and able to work with minimal supervision
