DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description: Identify and handle customer inquiries via calls, email & chat completely and accurately to the satisfaction of customers Educate customers about organization’s product and services and direct them towards available resources for self-help Maximize opportunities to up sell or cross-sell products and services in accordance to guidelines Handle all assigned responsibilities and duties on a timely manner Achieve predetermined individual as well as team targets based on goals, KPI and incentive programs Execute all ad-hoc and marketing call-back campaigns accurately, timely and professionally Ensure all actions taken to handle customer’s enquiry/problem/complaint are in compliance with company's SOP and policies, and to escalate matter to relevant authorities in the event of exceptions Keep abreast with all the latest information on company's products, services, marketing plans, procedures as well as any changes in policies and standard procedures, and communication such information accurately to our customers Provide feedback and constantly review your overall and teams performance for improving deliverables to ensure elevated customer service experience Be proactive and liaise within the units in Customer Care on any related issues that can help improve on service, procedures or working environment of the department Requirement: Minimum 1 Year of proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively High school degree Personal traits: Positive, Passionate Proficient in Indonesia Language and English Based in Jakarta Resume to be submited in ENGLISH If you are an independent and dynamic individual looking for a challenging career with great prospect in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board our team.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities Develop an understanding of the company business to create content and engagement Establish a strategy for driving innovation and adoption on emerging content and social media platforms and tools to maximize business impact Capture learnings and curate best practises for social media management within the team Monitor social media trends and analyze these data to ensure that appropriate tools and strategies are used Analyse competitor brands or companies media strategies and suggest improvement on approach Develop suggestions for featured articles on our different media sources (Blogging, online publishing, etc.) Work with Marketing and develop campaigns and daily activities online Maintain our different social media channel & engage with the businesses and audience on social media platform. Answer & clarify any questions on online platforms Work with the team to ensure that up to date information is communicated to the public on online platform Requirements Preferable 3 years of experience in digital/online media Display in-depth knowledge about various Social Media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Linkedln Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and etc.) and how they use these platform to create campaigns Good copy-writing skills Previous social media campaigns conception and delivery Analytical skills; good excel knowledge Familiar with Adobe photoshop, Indesign, illustrator or any other image editing software will be a plus At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
