High target oriented, customer and business orientation. Self-starter with high drive, motivation, and commitment. Possess basic selling techniques, negotiation and presentation skills. Computer literacy, particularly Excel Worksheet. Good command of written and spoken English will be an advantage. Bachelor degree from any major. 3 months contract position (to be extend/ convert to be permanent staff in another team based on job performance).

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Based in Surabaya and reporting to Eastern Indonesia branch manager for MCC Transport Indonesia, the incumbent is expected to drive the performance of the Surabaya sales team. As Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving for high performance, identifying, and developing business opportunities within your functional and geographical scope. You will be working closely with your peers across function and business units, both in Indonesia and within the wider MCC organization. Deliver profit. Manage tender/contract negotiations. Generate, evaluate, and execute on sales and business leads. Identify, develop, and strengthen niche markets, ports and customers. Actively pursue new opportunities and constantly evaluate existing businesses. Continuously improve customer satisfaction.   Customer Relations Retain, build, and strengthen relationship with existing customers. Identify, actively pursue, and develop new customers. Build a strong and stable customer base. Establish mutually beneficial partnership with new and existing customers (including decision makers, decision executors and decision influencers).     Who we are looking for At least 3 years of proven results in container shipping sales. Experience in the Intra- Asia trade is a significant advantage. Performance and result driven mind-set. Must be independent and resourceful with strong business acumen. Able to spot opportunities where not apparent and to critically and objectively evaluate the attractiveness of a particular business. Must be persuasive, out-going and a good communicator who is able to engage others and to get results through direct and indirect influence. Possess high integrity, be resilient, have a strong sense of ownership, and able to thrive in a fluid and high-pressure working environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to converse in English.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse in English. Possess high integrity, be resilient, have a strong sense of ownership, and able to thrive in a high-pressured working environment. Possess own vehicle and willing to travel. Good in time management and able to carry yourself professionally.
