    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities: Achieve market share objectives by formulating and executing a coverage expansion plan to aggressively increase the width and depth of outlet coverage and Reserve exposure. Spread the footprint for premiums and ultra premium through working with the “best prestige” customer to unlock the premiums opportunity. Enhance corporate relation with customers and trade through networking and participation and supporting of trade related activities Negotiate partnership deals and initiate activation and consumer franchise building proposals with outlets Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identify counter opportunities and prepare monthly market and competitor intelligence reports. Develop a coverage contact plan on a quarterly and monthly basis with objectives by account and outlet to maximize selling time, efficiency of call schedule and strike rate. Manage and execute outlet contracts with a focus on prices, quantity, spaces and planned activation.   Requirements: Willing to work with alcohol beverages brand Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. S1 degree preferably from Mass Communications, Marketing graduate. 3-5 years + work experience in FMCG sales, retail or F&B industry Currently in the same position in a leading FMCG Good spoken and written English Good understanding of premium lifestyle category Beverage experience. Sales experience. Target/Result-oriented, Well-developed negotiation skills. Proactive, self-motivated and dynamic. Strong relationship skills and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. Ability to set goals and prioritize, measure progress, and meet deadlines. Strong, persuasive written and verbal communication skills are critical – including the ability to present in front of groups.

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities:   Maintain PO, PR , & PE and procurement administrative works. Maintain and update Procurement Tracker sheet on regular basis to ensure a timely delivery of all ordered items and to deliver based on agreed SLA Support relevant departments with quotations for all non-inventory items. Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered on time. Identify and maintain lists of vendors and sources of supply for goods and services. Provide travel arrangement necessities such as airline ticket, hotel, visa & ground transportation to all staff as required and in accordance with corporate guidelines pertaining to business travel. Maintain vendor database and acreditation. Tracking a good received and inspection with user and warehouse. Liase with vendor third party, business unit / user, accounting department. Liase with finance department to follow up Bill Payment. Manage filling document of vendor.   Requirements:   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3 + years experience in procurement administration & sourcing capability Good spoken and written English Having good negotiating skill Computer literate Computer literate (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Power Point) is a must.
