Discipline, fast learner Have good communication & negotiation skills with buyers and suppliers Willing to be stationed in Tangerang (Prefer Tangerang Resident)


     Qualification : Bachelor’s degree (manufacturing/industrial engineering, industrial hygiene/safety, business administration, human resources in an industrial setting, or a related field) 5 years work experience as a Compliance Manager Ability to coach and collaborate with employees of contracted apparel factories, build consensus and influence others : Ability to work effectively in team and independently Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications ; Excel, Word and Power point Good verbal and written communication in English (including presentation skills) Preferable Male Job Description : Coach factory towards compliance to all laws and drive alignment with company social compliance strategy. Enable implementation of factory projects that delivery calendar years work priorities and support program ownership and continuous improvement. Ensure that factory leadership teams fully understand and manage abidance to company social compliance standards and local law Establish relationships with local regulatory labor and environmental agencies, NGOs and external stakeholders according to company strategies. Support and implement collaboration with other apparel brands and licensors Build and maintain a strong relationship with sourcing leadership in foreign offices to develop and integrated approach with factory partners Track local laws, regulations and voluntary standards concerning human resource, health and safety, and environmental management and manufacturing practices, communicate to factory leadership.
