DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description (Responsibilities & Assignments) • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. • Develop or update project plans including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. • Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel. • Establish and execute a project communication plan. • Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans. • Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies. • Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources. • Coordinate recruitment or selection of project personnel. • Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs Qualification / Any special skills required • Min. Diploma (D3) or preferable Bachelor (S1) with GPA > 2.5 • 1 – 5 years experience on Project Management • Have knowledge of project administration and strong documentation, governance and control experience. • Have knowledge in many different project management approaches, such as Waterfall, Agile and other project management skills such as MS Project. • Having background as Analyst/Developer and/or finance/insurance industry is an advantage • Having full software development project lifecycle experience is an advantage. • Have good attitude, planning, control and monitoring, communication skills, negotiation skills, leadership, interpersonal skill, creative approach to problem solving, and time management. • Focus to project deadline.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibility: Work closely with Business Users to defining business requirements Work closely with IT to defining and manage IT Functional & Non Functional requirements Analyzing all business needs and translating into Business Requirement Document (BRD) Manage Business User expectation for their requirements Prepare Test Scenario for User Acceptance Test (UAT) Assist User during Testing (UAT) Pro-actively communicate & collaborate with external & internal customers to analyze requirements Pro-actively & clearly communicate for any issue/concerns during project life cycle to all parties Requirements: At least having min. 3 years of direct experience in IT BA/BSA/SA in insurance/financial industry. Having General Insurance business knowledge could be an advantage. Bachelor/Master Degree in any fields, specifically in mathematics, information systems, system analysis, and/or business administration Fluent in English written and verbal Having knowledge in IT especially for Functional & Non Functional IT requirements Good communication skills and technical writing skills Understanding of systems engineering concepts Understanding in Business case development, modeling techniques and methods Having leadership skills Having extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
