DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB 1. Merencanakan pengadaan buku-buku/bahan pustaka/media elektronika. 2. Mengurus pelayanan perpustakaan. 3. Merencanakan pengembangan perpustakaan. 4. Bertanggung jawab terhadap pemeliharaan dan perbaikan buku-buku/bahan pustaka/media elektronika. 5. Menginventarisir dan mengadministrasi buku/bahan pustaka/media elektronika. 6. Melakukan layanan bagi siswa/mahasiswa, instruktur/dosen dan tenaga kepelatihan/ kependidikan lainnya, serta masyarakat/tamu yang membutuhkan 7. Melakukan penyimpanan buku-buku perpustakaan/media elektronika. 8. Bertanggungjawab atas jajaran koleksi di rak yang telah ditentukan 9. Menyusun tata tertib perpustakaan. 10. Menyusun laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan perpustakaan secara berkala (bulanan/tahunan). KUALIFIKASI : 1. Minimum Pendidikan S1,, diutamakan lulusan Manajemen Perpustakaan.. 2. Minimum Pengalaman 1 Tahun di posisi yang sama. 3. Mempunyai Pengetahuan akan metodologi penelitian 2. Mempunyai Pengetahuan umum akan sumber-sumber informasi 3. Mempunyai Pengetahuan mendalam suatu subjek 4. Pemahaman akan teknis pelayanan termasuk pengatalogan dan pengadaan. 5. Pengetahuan akan satu atau lebih sistem pencarian online 6. Mempunyai Kemampuan Berkomunikasi Yang Baik dan Mampu Mengajar 7. Bersedia bekerja di Tabanan, Bali.
