Selecting new employee. Legalizing new employees,input database. Conducting orientation and training for new employees. Qualification : Bachelor's Degree of Psychology. Understand Psychological Tools and Behavior Event Interview. Fresh graduate / with experience. Active, Take Initiative, Honest, High Integrity, cooperative. Good communication. Able to work in team. GPA at least 3,00.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities : Should be capable of executing all related merchandising activities of the given or the customers Prepare the samples and the budget and both of them are for approval Coordination as well as following with the production and fabric team in expected from you and expected to communication well with buyers Constant update and interaction with the suppliers is needed Should also go check up and follows ups with the commercial departments regarding the on time materials delivery Should also make sure that the functions of all processes are running smoothly Reports daily to the administration of the corporate office regarding the current status Requirements : Minimum Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience with the same position in the garment industry Excellent knowledge of garments (woven, Knit, tops and bottom, outerwear, jacket, etc) Good understanding of Merchandising Garment Flow (samples development & production followup) working knowledge of costing, negotiation, market trends, product development &safety, materials network, production process, compliance, and exim practice High Communication Skills Active, Take Initiative, Honest, High Integrity, Cooperative Strong management skill and Negotiation Skills Achievement Oriented Fluent in English both written and spoken Hard Worker and good in handle pressure
