    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Descriptions: To coordinate and manage all mechanical maintenance activities (oleochemical, tank storage, jetty, production, refinery & fractionation, desalination, Waste Water Treatment, Utility, etc). Ensure all preventive maintenance for key machines and associated auxiliaries are carried out as scheduled. To plan and arrange required tools, equipments, manpower and spares for efficient maintenance of plant. To provide weekly & monthly reports and collect data for performance monitoring of equipments and record keeping. Provide fast response to breakdowns without compromising work quality and safety at all times. To coordinate and manage all engineers to ensure work is carried out in an efficient and safe manner. Provide inputs for year end budgeting and machine enhancement/upgrading. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Minimum 10-15 year(s) of working experience in the related field, minimum 3 years working experiences as Superintendent. Have experiences on handling refinery, fractionation, and oleochemical are mandatory requirement. Technical knowledge: DCS, P&ID / PFD, CAD 3D, CESAR and ANSI. Willing to work in Dumai (Lubuk Gaung) – Riau.
