    Pekerjaan yang dilakukan disini sesuai dengan kemampuan karyawan. Hal ini pun sangat mempengaruhi hasil dari pekerjaan saya yang lebih maksimal.
    Cons
    Untuk fasilitas yang diberikan oleh perusahaan masih kurang dan perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar karyawan lebih nyaman dalam bekerja. Selain itu, gaji pun perlu ditambahkan.
