Membuat sistem HR yang efektif dan efisien, misalnya dengan membuat SOP, job description, training and development system dll. Bertanggung jawab penuh dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan, mulai dari mencari calon karyawan, wawancara hingga seleksi. Melakukan seleksi, promosi, transfering dan demosi pada karyawan yang dianggap perlu. Bertangggung jawab pada hal yang berhubungan dengan absensi karyawan, perhitungan gaji, dan tunjangan. Membuat kontrak kerja karyawan. Melakukan tindakan disipliner pada karyawan yang melanggar peraturan atau kebijakan perusahaan. Mengert isi Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities As an Accounting and Tax Coordinator, you will help ensure the overall smooth operations of Putranto Alliance group financial processes, which include Account Receivable, Account Payable and Tax. Your specific responsibilities include • Assist every aspect of Putranto Alliance group accounting and tax function. • Assist in the development, implementation of goals, objectives, accounting and tax standard operation procedure. • Enforce compliance with required external and internal controls. • Set up daily, weekly and monthly accounting and tasks and activities; and • Provide daily, weekly, monthly accounting and tax report. Requirements Applicants must: • Hold a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and Tax. • Have 3 years of working experience as Accounting and Tax Coordinator. • Have strong knowledge of accounting and tax, reconciliation, journal entry, and other such financial transactions. • Have Tax Brevet A and B certification and good knowledge of tax regulations and laws. • Have strong bookkeeping, project coordinating, and administrative skills. • Have strong ability to follow through project implementation and finish several on-going projects within budget and on time. • Be computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and knowledge of accounting program is a plus. • Be honest, diligent, willing to learn, responsible and attention to detail. • Possess good logic, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. • Be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and systematically; and • Be able to maintain calm demeanor and work effectively under pressure.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities As a Tax Officer, you will make sure that the correct amount of tax is being paid and that fraud has not taken place. Your specific responsibilities include: • Prepare and update tax provision schedules. • Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner. • Create tax data collection systems. • Coordinate audits by various taxation authorities. • Devise tax strategies to defer or eliminate tax payments. Requirements Applicants must: • Hold a minimum of Associate Degree (D3), Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Taxation: • At least 2 years of working experience as Tax Officer. • Familiar with tax reconsiliation and Tax administration. • Having Tax Brevet A and B certification is a must. • Computer literate and strog analytical thinking. • Good knowledge of tax regulation and law. • Diligent, willing to learn, and responsible. • Possess good logic and interpersonal skills. • Be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and systematically, and • Be able to maintain calm demeanor and work effectively under pressure.
