    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB DESCRIPTIONS - Assist the Principal Designers for winning pitches/ projects tender - Complete task in tight deadline to support tender/pitching schedule - Produce shop drawings and as build drawings - Developing detailed designs & support any adjustment in technical drawing within construction progress REQUIREMENTS: - Skilled, Creative, Enthusiastic people and have a good sense of Art and design - 2-3 years  experiences as senior drafter specialize in interior projects, office & commercial projects will be priority - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup modelling+Vray and photoshop is a must, 3D’s max and Illustrator is +point - Good interpersonal skill, team player & high responsible - Diploma/S1 degree in Interior Designer/ Architecture or any relevant major and have a highly skilled as details drawing Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Interior Design (commercials & office projects handling will be prioritize. Full-Time position(s) available.     DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB DESCRIPTION • Controlling and Monitoring Cash Flow • Journal all transaction of Petty cash, AR, AP, depreciation, prepayment, sales recognition • Controlling and monitoring for Company Income (AR) such as         - terms of payment to client         - remaining amount to be billed • Controlling and monitoring for Company Outcome (AP) such as         - schedule payment to vendor         - Schedule for prepaid expenses monthly         - Petty Cash • Prepare of income statement and balance sheet monthly and yearly • Prepare payment full sets of taxes monthly including PPh “Badan” yearly • Handle daily administration duty         - Prepare supporting documents of AP & AR (invoicing, Work Order)         - Book keeping of supporting documents of AR, AP and taxes         - Make bank transaction of AP, expense, salary, taxes   REQUIREMENTS • Age maximum 35 years old • Minimum2- 5 years in Accounting experiences (especially in Interior contractor company) • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with majoring in Economic / Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 • Able to handle cash flow report, Journal  transaction, budget costing and analysis. • Familiar with tax reporting administration and tax regulation. • Good in Computer (MS Office) and able to operate  accounting Software (MYOB) • Have the leadership to take initiative and work independently  in handing various day to day office administration matters. • Proactive, honest, focus , detail and have good analytical and critical thinking. • Fluent in English both written and spoken
