    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Received daily the funds (cash or bank deposits) from sales, advances, deposits and all kinds of money income from customers and others. Balance the amount of cash received with cash settlement by the sales generated in the system for each carrier. Do the cash counting and/or checks and prepare deposit slips for the bank for direct delivery and/or shipmen through the values carriers or other alternative means. Perform the daily balance of Cash box for the income of money and expenses for deposits to banks. commission payments to carriers and other items properly authorized by the Administrative Cedis / Branch. Prepare the "daily cash report," according to established procedures Make the payments of suppliers' invoices and other beneficiaries approved by the Administrative Chief, once the Head Office has transferred funds to the bank account of expenses, taking care not to overdraw on any account. Pay the bills on the carrier's services, duly approved by the Administrative Chief. Guard and administer the fix fund according to established standards, prepare settlement and/or reimbursement for approval by the Administrative Chief. Daily record in the accounting system of revenues and expenditures of banks (expense account) and invoices (Accounts Payable). Prepare for periodic shipment to Accounting (Head Office) all cash daily information with the relevant supporting documentation. Keep cash records, in order and safe. Perform other related spesific Work main function assigned to him by the Administrative Chief.   Maximum 30 years old Preferably have Diploma Degree, but High School graduates with several experience are welcome to apply. From any field. Having Training in Business Administration would be an advantage. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia & English At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, or at least 2 years in the similar company. Preferable who has knowledge in cash and bank transaction, commercial documentation, filling and control of valued documents, management of PCs (Word, Excel, etc) Skills: logical - matematical reasoning, interpersonal communication, perception of details, memory. Personal qualities: well-balanced personality and self-confidence person, interpersonal relations, mental agility, organizational skills, pragmatism, responsibility, energy and dynamism.   Applicants must be willing to work in the AREA SELECTED.
