    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Support HR Manager in preparing, implementing HR Program & controlling HR Budget. Identify, analyze, and updating organization structure and ensure all of the document are updated regularly. Design and manage career path and career development. Provide full recruitment and selection support. Analyze, develop, monitor and evaluate employee training needs program to ensure meet the user’s needs and effectiveness. Develop & plan employee’s key performance indicator. Maintains human resources administration such as recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classification, merit increases, sick leave, etc. Performing compensation benefit process such as overtime data, employee’s database, health/ insurance admin process, etc. Manage employee’s personal file.   Requirements :   Bachelor Degree or higher in Management or Psychology At least 3 years working experience as Assistant Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Manager. Proficiency in English both written and verbal. Familiar with laws and regulations related to labor. High proficiency in Ms. Office (Excel, Word & Power Point). Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill. Strong leadership & supervisory skill. Positive and good working attitude, willing to contribute, good team player and able to work independently. High integrity, good personality, honest and trusty person. Willing to be placed in Padang, currently living in Padang is preferred.

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The Finance & Accounting Manager will be reporting to the Director, and will be expected to control and monitor all aspects of financial management such as reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Responsible for operations in finance & accounting, reporting, internal controls, taxation and general administration of the company and to ensure these operations are functioned efficiently and effectively. Responsible for the completeness and timeliness report of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing, internal & external reporting. Management accounting, performance analysis, forecast and budget of the Company. Cash flow management, banking activities, currency risk management, treasury and financing matters. Reporting corporate income taxation, withholding taxation, value added taxation, export duties and other direct and indirect taxation. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and legal advisors.   Requirements : Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. At least 3 years working experience as Finance & Accounting Manager. Holding Brevet A, B & C will be an advantage. Posses excellent ability in managing and controlling tax matters. Capable to establish systematic accounting system customized to Company’s need. Proficiency in English both written and verbal. Computer literate. Strong leadership, problem solver, strong organizational and planning skills. Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill. Positive and good working attitude, willing to contribute, good team player and able to work independently.
