    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The Travel Advisor is advising and assisting client in all sort of travel related metters and is able to make the reservation form booking received via the reservation system. Task and Resposibilities :   Filing all correspondence and data received Handling and solving all possible operational problems that arise Being pro-active in sales and after-sales towards clients Submitting or updating all new or revised information to every department concerned Keeping the QRR and DTS updated on daily basis Assistance in development tailor made program for B2C website Assisting the sales team in creating quotes Assisting the sales team in creating itinerary Assisting the sales team  to get prices & info from various suppliers Data entry into reservation system and B2C platforms Participated the Sales Weekly meetings with sales team On occasion handling the operation part  of a booking Following up on waitlist with suppliers   With Qualification :    Previous experience in travel agency Fresh graduated are welcome to apply Exelent with microsoft office program , windows and excel Knowledge aand curiosity of Indonesia is an advantage Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field Required language(s): English, French, Bahasa Indonesia, German At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.     DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The contracting manager is responsible to organizing and maintaining supplier contract rates and assisting the Sales Manager and the Marketing Manager for the coordination of the sales team and their activities.Task and Responsibilities : Does all the contracting to all suppliers then checks any new rates that are obtained. Ensures all contracts received are clear and correct. Ensures that rates are competitive if not negotiates with supplier. Responsible for the creation of the correct yearly sales prices together with management Responsible for making sure the clients have access to the correct sales prices online Responsible for submitting or updating all new or revised sales prices to every department concerned. Supervises the inputting and updating in the reservation system by Sales support staff Supervises updates of service production lists by Sales support staff Supervises the correct and organized filing of contracts by Sales support staff Assists with any projects or tasks regarding suppliers (Due diligence, resolving complaints, etc). Assists sales department during peaks. Handling or solving all complaints that arise from internal operation or tours in collaboration with the Operation and Accounting units, and communicating the solution to the CMO. Inspecting properties and/or services of (new) suppliers Keep product development department up-to-date on new developments, suppliers and prices Obtaining allotments from hotel partners   Requirement :   Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 5 year(s) of working experience in In Bound tour Operator . Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
