    Digital Performance CampaignsTo localise/translate campaign materials for the digital performance team based in HQ on Indonesian campaignsHelp develop an awesome search marketing activities targeting Indonesian studentsDevelop our PPC strategy and work closely with Digital Performance team, Product and other teams to track campaign analytics.Work closely with Sales team to Design, plan and carry out campaign activities for paid clients, to drive traffic and/or leadsTackle Indonesian keyword lists. Product/ContentTo translate and ensure user interface is constantly updated into local Bahasa IndonesiaTo advise technology team (where necessary) on features that are required uniquely for Indonesian visitorsSocial/Community/ContentTo do regular social engagements/posts on relevant social channels (i.e. facebook, twitter, instagram etc.) targeting Indonesian studentsTo write unique contents specially for our Indonesian visitors in portalTo recruit, manage, motivate and quality control team of Indonesian localisers to help localise/translate contents (university info, courses info and articles) within Marketing / EventsIdentify, develop and meet school (high school and colleges) counsellors through research, cold calls and networking events and perform close follow-upsPresent easyuni’s products and services as a unique and strong platform to successfully place students into colleges and universities worldwideMay be required to travel to schools to build strong networks and relationships with school counsellorsAssist in business development planning, business strategy and marketing strategies to increase brand exposure and market penetration in schoolsLead, develop and manage the easyuni Student Ambassador Program in IndonesiaFormulate in-school on-ground and online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness to school students and boost student recruitmentAchieve and exceed agreed targetsPrepare reports for management and business development activitiesTechnical Knowledge (Position Specific Skills and Experience)Fresh graduate/ intern with positive and winning attitude is welcome to applyExperience of digital marketing is added advantageHave a track record of successfully owning paid campaigns. Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in a marketing, business and/or mass communication disciplineKey requirements:Understanding of the full digital/social marketing mix would be an added advantageGet all the acronyms: CPM, CPC, CTR, ROI, etc. Have good knowledge base of email, display and mobile advertising, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. Familiar with Google Analytics.Strong communication skills.
