    1. Oversee the daily programme of all residents2. Monitor the achievement of the success criteria to ensure a successful exit when the time is right3. Deliver the induction, life-skills programme and discipline requirements in conjunction with House Mums to ensure a loving, welcoming, structured, nurturing and respectful home 4. Oversee the employment and trade-training of each client by liaising with employees and clients on an ongoing basis. 5. Meet with the Director each week to summarize progress, problems, successes and needs for each client 6. Maintain communication avenues with all residents on completion or early leave of each client.The applicant must be a femaleHave at least 2-3 yrs of experience in the Social Worker environment or positionConducting interviews with individuals to assess and review their readiness to join the House of GraceUndertaking and writing up assessments (in collaboration with the Counsellor, Director and other staff as appropriate), in a timely manner, which meet specified standards and expectations; Offering information and support to our particular client base Carry out disciplinary procedures when required Organising and managing programmes of support to enable people to lead the fullest lives possible; Recommending and sometimes making decisions about the best course of action for a particular client; Liaising with, and making referrals to, other agencies; Participating in multidisciplinary teams and meetings regarding, for example, discipline, physical health testing, medication or mental health; Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for the legal action, sponsor/donor reports; Giving evidence in court; Participating in training, supervision and team meetings. Keep a record of all meetings with each clientBe a part of growing community organisationsPlay an active role in improving lives Be a part of a strong team Have the opportunity to increase your capabilities through ongoing training and professional development
