    This position reports directly to the Managing Principal of Beka Asia Group.Liaising on behalf with selected clients, suppliers and other staffKeeping and monitoring schedule, meetings, travel, visas and accommodation – and occasionally traveling with the team to provide general assistanceScreening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriateProvide administrative support whenever possibleCarrying background research and preparing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentationsProvide number-crunching support whenever possibleMaking appointmentsMeeting and greeting guests at senior levels when appropriateProvide other organizational assistance when required.Bachelors Degree with at least 5 years work experienceEducation background preferred in Finance / BusinessHonest, upright character with unquestionable working ethicsProficient in English and IndonesianPresentation skillsPresentable appearanceProficient with e-mail, and general word/excel/presentation softwareFlexible with hoursCompetitive benefit
