We are looking to hire an experienced Digital & Social Media Strategist. You'll be responsible for paid advertising, content management, and measured digital activations. We prefer experience applicant who has capacity and capability to execute task independently and manage a team of content creators. You will be working collaboratively with smart and passionate people to solve interesting problems that empower Indonesian talents and brands.You and your team will be managing the best-performing ad campaigns in Indonesia and other South-East Asian countries, run in a variety of channels. You will be responsible for:Analysis and interpretation of marketing data (customer data/online performance/web analytics) Lowering costs of advertising Increasing conversion rates Budget planning Creating newsletters, contents marketing, email marketing or promotions. Purchasing advertisements (Display, RTB, etc) Design, build and maintain our social media presence Web content and administrator maintenance. Community development, engaging and encouraging on-going conversations with fans / users on all social media outlets.Media relations. Achieve KPI / Target view to per monthMax. 30 years oldBachelor degree from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00At least 2 years of hands-on ad campaigns management. It’s a necessary requirement. Point plus if have an experience in the area integrated marketing communication from advertising agency or related industryFluent English is A MUSTPassionate in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacker, and Marketing Activist.Good sense and taste in copywriting and designHas the ability to be a content editor (curate and publish good content).Providing communication as a customer service representatives for fansWorking with creative team on providing technical and graphic support for social conceptsUnderstanding internet marketing strategiesProven understanding of designing and optimizing online consumer journeysExperience of turning consumer data and insights into actionable plans and strategies Knowledge of the latest in digital marketing trends and a thorough understanding of the digital landscape (Website, Social, Digital Marketing, Search and Mobile) Ability to investigate new digital marketing channels and propose the strategy for integration into the Digital Marketing mix. Experienced in: SEM/SEO. Understanding of catchy words, phrases, slogans Email marketing experience Great skill in Google Analytics Experience with A/B Tests Knowledge of Facebook Advertising SaaS tools A strong interest in getting updated with daily tutorial, property, travel and new media like VR & AR.
