DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities: Logging all tender proposals and distributing to relevant parties, working to strict deadlines. Updating and maintaining the tender documents database and relevant commercial presentation materials, ensuring all information is accurately recorded. Assisting the Tender Manager in monitoring tender notification documentation. Liaising with key members of the business as appropriate, to ensure relevant information is gathered chasing up where necessary. Supporting the Tender Manager in the production and formatting of tender documentation. Collating and recording tender feedback, completing responses in Pre-Qualification to a very high quality under the guidance of the Tender Manager. Preparation of final submissions to include printing, filling and binding where required. Co-coordinating tender delivery to the customer ensuring submissions are returned on time. Supporting the Tender Manager in applying for new/additional contracts. Ongoing identification and recommendation of administrative procedural changes to improve the efficiency of tender-based activities Requirements: Maximum age 35 years old. Excellent communication & leadership skills. Ability to manage & monitor the process required in Tender. Strong English written & oral. Strong knowledge & skills in Microsoft Office Software (outlook, excel, access) Excellent understanding of the tender process & regulation 007/PTK/VI/2004(MIGAS) is a must. Experience in the same field & with good contacts will be preferred. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
