DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN RESPONSIBILITIES : Managing and handling daily purchasing process Ensure 100% fulfillment of delivery dates as requested Dealing with orderers and suppliers on purchasing issue Request quotation and negotiate pricing from new or existing supplier for best price Ensure an effective working supply chain QUALIFICATIONS : Age between 22-30 years old Experienced minimal 1 year High School, D3, or S1 graduated Software skill: Windows, Ms. Office, and Accurate Pleasant personality, fun, outgoing & good communication skill Ability to dealing with vendor Able to work under pressure Driven & result oriented
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN RESPONSIBILITIES : Perform staff recruitment, selection, and hiring process Create report and filing administrative documents HRD Planning, Learning, and Development Plan for Employees Perform all employment related administration, include but not limited to issuing employment letter, employment attendance records, staff deposit, HR related license renewal, etc. Perform internal control/compliance function focusing on general affairs/administration, for HO and outlets. Prepare annual budget related to HR activities, ie. Recruitment, Training, Staff Welfare Activities, Manpower Planning, etc. Prepare all HR related report for regional and local authorities reporting, ie. Annual HR Report, Quarterly HR report on timely basis. QUALIFICATIONS : Age between 22-30 years old At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent. Software skill: Windows, Ms. Office, Outlook Pleasant personality, fun, outgoing & good communication skill. Able to work under pressure Driven & result oriented Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
