DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Department/Division Operations Reports to Senior Management Job Purpose: The Warehouse Manager is involved with the planning, coordination and control of overall warehouse operation processes. Ensures that goods are delivered efficiently that is on time and correctly. Responsible for warehouse efficiency and accuracy of goods quantity at all times. Key tasks and activities Daily Operation Processes and Efficiency Responsible for matters related to the operation of the warehouse and stock. Daily Operational warehouse activity Examine the feasibility of stock Maintain cleanliness and proper warehouse Documenting and accurately, especially with regard to records and receipts out of stock. Monitor, inspect and maintain ketersediaa stock in accordance with established procedures and implement FIFO in the management of the stock Quality Control Ensure quality of goods and delivery services are established to meet the standard set. Warehouse Manpower Affairs Managing HR matters on warehouse workers to ensure the regulations set by the company are being practiced and constantly improved to achieve daily productivity. Be responsible to headcount allocation. Be responsible to discipline of staffs by attendance, behavior and working attitude. Process all attendance matters including leave matters, medical etc. Supervisory Role Supervisory role by accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains staff by orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities. Creating working schedule for staff to suit production requirement and delivery datelines; maximizing resources to accomplish work results; establish priorities. Establish resources requirements and projections with comprehensive data to support. Monitor progress of scheduled works to ensure the processing flow are followed. Resolves problems by analyzing the problems; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action. Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments Be a role model in leadership management. Cost Management Manage cost to the most reasonable level by maximizing the resources and yet cost saving. Perform cost saving or cutting when necessary. Maintenance & Safety Ensures warehouse equipments and company properties are maintained and safe to use at all times. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. Ensure guidelines are implemented for security purposes and maintain high security level at all times. Requirement : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree. any major At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Managers / Coordinators / Assistant Manager specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent Have a good command in WMS (Warehouse Management System) Familiar with shifts and rolling work schedule

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Purpose: Marketing Manager scope is to plan strategy and create marketing initiatives to promote brands, products, services, and companies. Marketing Manager needs lead in creative ideas to raise brand, product, or service awareness, and they need to be analytical to understand market segments. Must be hard working and possess excellent communication skills. Will be leading a team in executing of the marketing plans approved. Marketing is a result-oriented job, as the results of marketing can be quantified both clearly and quickly. Key tasks and activities : Develop marketing strategies to suit the business to drive the business hand in hand with other departments. Work closely with other departments especially the Sales department with the common interest. Lead and manage a team in various marketing areas that supports the overall marketing execution. Plan, justify and track budget for marketing initiatives. Plan and manage resources within for greater ROI to be justified to the management. Conduct research and analyze the market, including competitors and consumers for current and future market or demand to ensure marketing activities are on track with the company’s strategy. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Purpose: The Account Manager job is a daily book keeping process in processing financial related transaction. Key tasks and activities : Responsible for handling full set of accounts which include generating financial reports, processing invoices, payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory report, maintenance of fixed assets registers, and etc. Responsible in all account receivable functions inclusive of process orders by salesman to collection from customers. Responsible in all account payable matters, involving purchase evaluation and in the procuring process. Responsible in gathering and managing all general expenses to ensure the expenses are justifiable. Maintain and keeping all transaction records for reporting and audit use. Responsible in supporting other cost centre such as Marketing department in management of the budget inclusive of sales generating from this department to reconcile with stocks obtained and sold by this department. Need to develop the process and basic skeleton of requirements for the above functions to be audited. Responsible in all deliverables and budget assigned including of the process of execution. Manage and control the monthly cash flow to ensure it is within the amount set for monthly rolling. Prepare month-end reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses and development expenditure. Produce of management accounts and financial reports. Maintain good records of accounting entries. Must be able to mitigate and solve problems concerning scope of work under his/her responsibilities. Assist on ad-hoc assignments and any other related tasks, as and when assigned. Requirements (Minimum qualifications and experience): Must possess at least a professional certificate or Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia. Must be able to handle full set of accounts. Good analytical skills to evaluate certain situation. Must have the eye for details. Demonstrate strong leadership skill and to be able to manage a group of team to support the task and yet work independently especially in solving problems when problems arises.
