    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Arranging daily activities. Doing administrative tasks & correspondence Arrange and confirm appointments Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and distribute accordingly In charge on office expense, hotel reservation, ticket booking  for Board of Directors as request   Requirements :   Age between  25 -  32 years old Candidate  must  possess  at  least  a Bachelor's Degree : Business Studies/ Accounting/ Management, Secretarial or equivalent Having experience min 3 years at  international  company.,  in  similar  position Able to do secretarial work (correspondence, filling, travel, meeting arrangements) and familiar with company / business documents, preference  will  be  given  to  candidates  with  experience  in Cost  Accounting / Finance Handling day-to-day administrative operational matters including monitoring deadlines, follow-ups on instructions, performing daily secretarial functions and office duties Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficient to operate computer (Microsoft Office, Internet and email) Good communication skill with all levels, creative, analytic and possess problem solving Have a high attention to detail and date line, multitasking, hard worker, discipline, high responsibility, can work under pressure and long hours (as needed) Smart  looking,  energetic, warm and confident personality, honest, pleasant, organized, systematic, fast respon, dynamic and capable of adapting to rapid changes in the work environment
