    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description   Accounting • Handling the month-end closing process and ensuring the process is in compliance with deadlines and internal control policies; • Preparing financial statements in accordance with internal group reporting and local statutory reporting requirements; • Preparing transactions and journal entries to ensure clerical accuracy and complete supporting documentations; • Preparing regular bank reconciliation statements; • Oversight of all corporate accounting - financial, management reporting, budgeting & forecasting, taxes, VAT, payroll, and etc.; • Ensuring financial operations are in compliance with all financial policies and processes; and • Day to day supervision of team member/s.   Tax • Preparing accurate and timely filing of corporate tax, regular VAT, withholding tax and other applicable tax returns; • Interfacing with the company's tax agents; • Managing the property tax assessment and/or appeal process; and • Handling of all other relevant tax matters.   Others • Assist in reviewing of various contracts; • Reviewing expense claims and checking of payment vouchers/applications; • Reviewing monthly cash flow forecasts and regular fund requests to HQ; • Assisting in preparation of reports for regional and finance weekly/monthly meeting; and • Contributing to ad hoc projects and providing support to the Finance team, business and HQ.   Job Requirements • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Mathematics with strong GPA; and • 3-5 years of related experience including Real Estate industry would be a plus • Strong Excel skills; • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); • Strong language skills in English and local language, Mandarin will be a plus; • Excellent communication skill
