    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Company’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all company publications: e-magazine production Coordinate media interest in the Company and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests Act as the Company’s representative with the media, media relations Coordinate the appearance of all print and electronic marketing tools materials such as the use of logo & brochures based on the manual brand guideline of the company Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist chapters in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities Provide counsel to chapters on marketing, communications and public relations Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events such as charity programs/ corporate social responsibility events     Requirements :     Age between 25 – 40 Years Old Candidate must be possessed Bachelor Degree, (preferably majoring Journalism, Public Relations, Mass Communication with GPA minimum 2.75) Having experience minimum 4 years in journalism, public relations, managing social media Having experience in branding strategic to strengthen brand awareness of the company Understand social media tools and technicalities Understanding of email blast, social community, social network and social media policy Media relations, maintain a good relationship with media and provide all media needs related to the company: press release PR events, to plan and execute annual charity golf corporate social responsibility event Languages: Excellent oral and written communication in English & Bahasa Required Technical Skills: Proficient in standard MS-Office Software, Adobe Indesign, e-magazine production/ publishing Required Soft Skills: Well organized and structured work approach, team-player yet self-motivated and able to work independently with minor supervision,  able to handle multiple tasks  independently, able and eager to quickly get into new topics and acquire architecture industry specific background knowledge, good interpersonal communication skill and open-minded

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Coordination with other Arkdesign offices and Accounting Make projections Financial yearly reports Credit and bank management Expense and Income management Analyze financial trends of company Tax (always consult with DIR/GM) Bank account management Book keeping Monthly report for income & expense projections and actual to DIR Salary Invoice/billing follow up (always coordinate with GAM Cash controller   Requirements :   Minimal age 30 years old At least Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university in finance, accounting or in a related field. A Master’s degree may be required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience Good human resource management skills Minimum 5 years of experience in the Managerial Position Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation and leadership sklill Have great communication and high responsibility Able to work individual as well as team Excellent on cash flow management controller and able to handle all Finance & Accounting and and taxation (Witholding Tax, PPh) business process Planning and organizational skills Supervise, plan and coordinate the activities of a variety of finance & accounting services that may include, but are not limited to : general accounting, account payable, payroll, auditing, and financial reporting Familiar with taxation, budgeting, and general reporting Ensure accurate and proper implementation of corporate tax policies Detail oriented, strong English skills, hands-on & solution-oriented approach, strong commercial approach and good in analytical and computer skill Fluent in English is an advantage Professional, well presented, and Having an effective communication skill, Possesses the ability to coordinate, influence and lead people Having the attitude of honesty, integrity, Initiative as well as self discipline, logical, detail orientated and accurate Proactive Cooperation in the work environment, and Ability to work in high-pressure environment
