    Cons
    Manajemen di perusahaan ini tergolong agak tertinggal jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan pesaing. Selain itu, manajemennya juga kurang transparan dalam hal kenaikan gaji. Lebih mengutamakan senioritas daripada kemampuan.
