DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities Leads Packaging Machine investment and improvement projects in cooperation with R&D and key suppliers and in coordination with Group initiatives (CT Pack and Global Procurement). This includes the definition of overall equipment specifications and performances. Nestle Continuous Excellence: Develops and implements packaging engineering initiatives that will result in increasing productivity, higher quality and improved costs Packaging Competence: Develop local expertise on Filling and Packing line design and equipment selection. Establishes the skills set of the Factory Packaging Equipment & Operation Engineer. Propose training and oversees career and succession paths Deliver technical support to factories on installation and commissioning of new packaging equipment, line layout modifications and training of line and engineering personnel Establishes full visibility of the major filling and packing assets across factories; drives equipment transfer, replacement and upgrade where necessary and responds to inquiries on line capability and capacity Work in close collaboration with R&D Packaging Equipment & Operation organization and CT-Pack to drive standardization, best practices and latest technology implementation within the Market. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent. Required skill(s): Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, English Proficiency. Required knowledge(s): Having experience in Filling and Packing Operation or Maintenance Understand basic knowledge of Packing Safety, Quality and Compliance Good knowledge on hygienic engineering, HACCP Aware of relevant technology platforms and business insight Basic knowledge in Financial understanding and engineering/NCE principles (TPM and LEAN) Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
